Today i saw so many new faces in hospital (new ho), its like almost every month there will be HO intake,so good news la kan,less waiting time and more man power. There are so many things that u will learn for the next 2 years of housemanship.
One thing that u will notice the most is changes in ur mentality when u r under pressure ..

The most important thing that you will noticed about yourself after posting by posting until become MO is not how good you take blood, how quick you clerk or how accurate your diagnosis..
but how you can stay calm handling pressure and at the same to settle your job one by one based on priority..
